1. Phone screening interview with HR manager, general questions about previous experience and general fit for the company's startup culture. 2. Face-to-face technical interview with two developers, lots of questions about algorithms, JVM internals and high-level architecture. 3. Face-to-face behavioural interview with the CTO and the HR manager. Questions about managing projects and people, general background (hobbies, non-work-related professional interests). 4. A brief face-to-face meeting with the CEO. Overall, great impression, the people were friendly, caring but quite demanding. The process took probably longer than usual due to the winter holidays. Before the offer was made, references from previous jobs were requested.
