The process was overall smooth and speedy. The recruiter was very responsive and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. What stood out was how friendly, and down to earth, everyone was. The people I interacted with were all very motivated, and we seemed to align on what are the most important aspects of being a Data Scientist. The team puts a lot of emphasis on business impact, simplicity, and the continuous development of the people. The process consisted of * informative chat with the internal recruiter - we talked about my motivations, current job, etc. And I got to ask about the team structure, scope, and future projects. * I received a take-home task. Given a sample dataset, I was asked to model a specific problem and showcase the value of my solution. * on-site interviews. Presentation of take-home assignment and follow up questions, fundamental ML and Data Science questions, and discussion with the hiring manager about motivations and past projects.
