1. Initial 30min recruiter phone screen 2. Take home assignment 3. Technical round with two engineers Overall process was OK. After having the 3rd round, I didn't hear anything back for a couple days. When I wrote an email to my recruiter - I got an email undeliverable error. I wrote another email to the coordinator, which was replied with a generic email that said the position I am applying for was no longer open. I requested a feedback meeting which they have kindly offered and shared the interview feedback and explained what had happened. Turns out the company had a layoff and my recruiter was layed off as well. The opening I applied for was closed. The whole experience taught me that maybe it's for the best not to work for a company that treats their employees and candidates like this.
