They first make you do a test, if you pass it they will select you for an interview where you will be doing 3 different activities, two of them will require you to demonstrate your team working skills and the other one will be an interview with the people who will hire you.

Verbal reasoning was just true or false questions based on 6 sheets of info, mathematical reasoning was the same but the info was number based, then there was an iq test style pattern recognition test, more questions than could be answered for me except the pattern recognition test
