Had 5 rounds of interview with engineers, managers and directors and sr directors for this position all located in Israel. All the interviewers were intelligent, knowledgeable and very professional! 11 interviews over an 80-day period, ending with strong reviews and an offer negotiation with verbal offer. A few days later, they rescinded the offer and let me know that an engineer form the team will be taking the role instead.

Extremely banal questions and scenarios from interview blogs and books for each section: soft skills, system design, AI/ML, STAR, culture/fit, cros-functional (TPM/PM), and 3 distantly-related directors had oddball questions about their pet interests e.g. optimizing CUDA math libraries/runtimes.

Applied online and was contacted by multiple recruiters over a period of several months. I had one interview cancelled. One rescheduled after the interviewer called in 30 minutes late. Another time the interviewer was 10 minutes late. Eventually I went through 2 rounds of phone interview before they decided not to proceed further. The recruiter was friendly and helpful, but I did not feel the hiring managers respected my time enough to show up on time and make decisions in a timely manner.
