I was contacted by a member of staffing team to discuss intern position. It was 50 minutes telephonic interview in which the interviewer spoke abt the position he has for device driver development. I was wondering if Apple still uses nvidia cards and so if its a maintenance profile. We anyway, he asked me about shader(openglES), lighting calculations, mipmaps, buffering and then in C about static and volatile keywords, and a program for atoi including various parameter which I guess I screwed up (Its been a long time since I used those stuffs, mostly working on C++ which has built in stuff).
Anyway I haven't heard from them for long. Will I receive an email stating I was shortlisted or just assume that I am not so lucky

Unorganized and unprofessional. The interviewer was in a gym during the interview and constantly pacing back and forth making it exceedingly difficult to concentrate, also minimal technical questions were asked.
30 mins of general operating system questions, about page tables, memory, caches, latency, and kernals. Then 30 mins of a coding problem. Coding problem was about memory alignment in C
It was two 45 minute back-to-back interviews. It was mainly OS concepts. I was tested on a lot of things that I haven't learned in my courses yet. Otherwise, it was a good learning experience.
