45 minute phone interview where 5 minutes is introduction and background explanation. The rest of the interview is technical questions combining digital design and coding. Being comfortable in Verilog and experience with ASIC design flow is a requirement. The interviewer was helpful, guiding me in questions where I did not have a correct or complete answer.
