I was directly interviewed by the hiring Manager. It was 1:1 interview and it began with my current job description and past experience. I was given a scan chain shifting problem on board and interviewer asked me to explain the reason of failure and where can be the failure. As far as I believe my analysis was right but interviewer did not look convinced.

some data 11001101... is being shifted in a scan chain and data which comes out is 00110011.. and he also gave different output data at different temperatures
one phone screen followed by on site interview.
Onsite interview was with 6 people 1:1.
Everyone was an expert in a field of DFT.
Very good questions and I felt that the interview was like a problem-solving discussion.
