No resume screening. First interview was with one of the software engineers. Did not introduce himself, ask about my experience, or talk about the position. Went straight into a free diagram question and then coding. Did not seem interested. It felt like they had someone in mind already and were just trying to finish the rest of the scheduled interviews.

They asked to talk about some projects I worked on and then also asked two leetcode questions. I answered both questions correctly, although the second one I answered more slowly and the code was not organized but the solution was correct.
