Ghosted after loop interviews. A friend intro'd me to VP who intro'd me to Director who was the hiring manager. After talking to hiring manager, had loop of 4 interviews and never heard anything. I prepared a lot for the interviews and thought they went well (although apparently not well enough to get the job). I'm just surprised neither the hiring manager or recruiter ever contacted me again, and they did not respond to my follow up message. It's a pretty bad experience.
