I went through the employee referral scheme. The interview took 7 days and I was interviewed at Pune.The rounds involved aptitude, technical (3), HR. They do not focus on the formalities like what certificates you have but rather they focus on how much technically strong. As I was a fresher so most of the interview was based on the project of the engineering as well as basic concept which I had learned in second year of my engineering.
