i had three rounds of intervie personality test, hearing-writing test, and then reading-explainig test. if u are not nerves in that test then u will surely get 7000.... i didnt had any experience before thts why i didnt got any extra salary... the quality analysis, team leaders, trainers.. all are awesome every time encouraging....... that was the best company.........
