Very unclear interview process. Multiple changes to the role and scope throughout the interview process with an extensive take-home project. Leadership that I spoke to felt incredibly condescending and felt like a toxic work environment.

Unfortunately all of the reviews on here are true. The level of unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect of a candidate's time is unlike anything I've ever experienced... Do yourself a favor and don't bother applying. You'll save yourself hours and hours of work and follow up. I applied for the role and about a month later I heard from the recruiter to set up a screening call. I had great call with the recruiter and she said that I'd have to complete an assignment which she would email to me later that night. I didn't hear from her for two days, to which I had to follow up and finally received it. Once she finally emailed me the assignment, she told me to let her know if I had any questions...which I did...and she never answered the question. I completed the assignment anyway and emailed it to her a few days later and never confirmed receipt of my assignment. I followed up with her a week later. Still nothing. I decided to follow up with her for the third time letting her know I sent my assignment in a couple of weeks ago and to please confirm receipt of my assignment...nothing. Recruiters ghosting candidates in general is a huge problem as it is. However, when you assign a candidate a task to which they're putting in hours of their time on TOP of their current job to complete this assignment and not even receive a "thank you" or "confirming receipt" email back is beyond insulting. My feeling about Narrativ would have been completely different if I had just received a 2 minute email saying that they've decided not to move forward with me at this time. However, the blatant lack of respect was extremely eye opening. If they treat their candidates like this, I can only imagine how much they mistreat their actual employees. I dodged a bullet.
