Submitted a 140 character "cover letter", went through two rounds of interviews plus case study. Didn't hear back after the 2nd interview - it would be nice to know for certain that I didn't make it to the next round.

Basic interview questions: experience, strengths/dev. areas, how do you handle conflict.
Expansive and long but worth it! The culture of the company is unique and positive. So going through multiple interviews with multiple people makes sense to ensure the correct fit.
