Completed online assessments and conducted interviews via phone. From that point cold shoulder- no type of communication. This was s waste of time. I am very surprised that they didn't inform me they were no longer interested in pursuing my candidacy. Funny thing the role is constantly being re-advertised and I am receiving email communications from them advertising the role and asking me to apply for the role (stating my background is a good fit). There is a serious disconnect in this organization and it lacks transparency, professionalism, and it appears to be ethical leadership.

The hiring process started with two online assessments, followed by a phone screening interview from one of the recruiters (The gap between these two events was almost a month). After completing those, I moved to an in-person interview with a panel of two people. The interviewers asked behavioral questions, taking detailed notes throughout the session. They mentioned that the timeline for a decision might "take too long". However, it has now been over a month since my interview without any further communication. Despite my portal status still showing as 'Interviewing,' I haven't received a call or email update. While the initial stages were well-organized, the lack of follow-through after the in-person stage is kind of worrisome.

My interview was a 1 hr Zoom call with a three-person panel. The process was well organized with a stack of strategic questions planned ahead of time. About 90% of the interview was a continuous Q/A where the panel members each took turns positioning questions. Not too much discussion, just kept moving on to the next question like a checklist.
