I had an interview scheduled for an hour. No one showed up for the interview. After waiting for about 15 minutes in the virtual meeting, I emailed the recruiter. I never received a response or any type of follow-up notification.

Ghosted me after the first interview as did the recruiter who reached out to me. I even sent my interviewer a follow-up email to thank them for their time.
Interview consisted of decent questions and was very culture focused. Was clear from the questions they expected you to go above and beyond the job description for the entry-level role.
