Erstes von insgesamt drei Interviews: ca 1.5h Dauer in dem es erstmal darum geht Netlight und die Tätigkeit vorzustellen. Die Unternehmenskultur und die Art und Weise wie das Unternehmen arbeitet vorzustellen. Einige Fragen zum eigenen Werdegang und was für Erwartungen man an das Unternehmen hat. Das Interview war sehr locker und in einer netten Gesprächsatmosphäre.

Very nice conversation in each of the interviews. Likeable and highly competent people, plain enthusiasts, one could notice that they love what they do. I learnt a lot during the interviews, everything was explained very well and to a details that in the end, no questions were left. Questions from my side were appreciated and answered very concisely. The questions I have been asked were all centered about my development so far, my ambitions, my goals, my ideas and wishes of how I want to work every day.
