Very fast interview process. I applied online and within the same week I was contacted by a recruiter about setting up time for a phone screening. Had a quick phone screen, and then they followed up to set up a phone interview with the hiring manager for the following week. This was much more technical based, discussing past projects and how they were executed and evaluated, the business problem that they solved, etc. Also went into other technical methods and skills I was familiar with. After this, an in-person interview was setup for the following week. This was separate 30 to 45 minute interviews with 4 different people. The first two were more behavioral based with conversations about my past experience. These people explained what they did at the company, as well as answered any questions I had about the company. The last two interviews were more technical and case based, with one being with the hiring manager. I appreciated this portion of the interview, as they actually got a chance to test my skills and problem solving abilities. After this, I received an offer within a week. From application to offer, it was only about 3 weeks.
