3 round interview- waste of time- 2hours of interviewing and then ghosted. Interview process lasted 3 weeks- and a 2 month ghost. A lot of questioning about previous work back ground and why you will do well in the position. Interviewers lead you on and why they want to hire to you and talk about their growth- but end up being super repetitive.
