I went through five interviews with this company, only to be ghosted in the end. The interviewers had no clear understanding of the role's responsibilities, and it seemed like they didn’t know what they were hiring for. The lack of professionalism throughout the process was alarming. Honestly, I feel like I dodged a bullet with this company.
Expect rounds of interviews. First couple interviews went well. Once I met the one of the higher ups, I can tell she was not interested in the call at all. Not listening to what I have to say about myself and suggested I need more “figuring out” to do when I clearly told her what I am looking for in a role. Disappointing.
