Had a couple phone interviews, and then was brought on site for a half day of interviews. Interviews were quite unstructured, and the evaluation seemed unstructured as well. Team interviewed me on a lot that I did not claim knowledge of. The interviewers were pretty poor at communicating and clarifying their questions as well, so in a couple cases, it took 10 minutes just to clarify what they wanted me to answer. The team also would not comment or reveal any clue about what they were working on (probably because they didn't really know) so it was tough to get excited about the company.
