The process: 1. recruiter phone call, 2. hiring manager interview 3. recruiter phone call, 4. panel interview The recruiter was very slow in response. Typically replying back within three to four days. Had to reschedule the interviews multiple times. He was very disorganized and process very slow. After asking multiple times about the outcome of the panel interview I got an automatic response.
