I had very good interviews with the HR Recruiter based in UK. He was doing his outmost but it was the management that seems to be unstable. My last interview with one manager was only 15 minutes so I knew that they already have decided and wasted my time. I spent a lot of time in interviews and frankly, I wasted it. No issues with HR recruitment but with the managers that seems not to be able to agree between themselves.

The interviews usually starts with recruiter phone screen and followed by behavioral interview by the hiring manager and then the technical interview by the hiring team member and usually lasts 3-4 rounds.

the interview was pretty easy, basic questions like why should we hire you, why you want to work for us. it took like 30minutes then 45 mites for the second session
