1st Round : Basic QA questions like sql joins/testcases for ATM/severity -priority
2nd Round : with PM : More on functionality testing/scenario based/too many testcases to execute and no bandwidth etc.
3rd round : with Director : More focus on resume. Highlighted what I have not done in this last 6yrs . Seems to be a tactic to lower salary expectations .
4th Round : with QA director from US: explain current project tech stack/functionality

a telephonic interview technical one and one face to face interview. Face to face interview took almost 2 hours and 1 hr of telephonic interview. It almost took 3 months to finish background check to get offer letter released.
