Video interview with hiring manager (who has no IT/IS experience).
Video interview with hiring manager's colleague (who asked behavioral questions geared for junior-level candidates.
Presentation on scheduling conference scenario (I declined b/c geared towards junior-level candidates.)

HM's colleague asked behavioral questions that were for junior-level candidates. No IT/IS question.
Presentation was asked by hiring manager for him/her to gear your ability to present and interact with others (I declined b/c this is very junior-level pre-req).
There were 4 rounds of interviews with a panel interview at the end where I did a presentation based on a scenario provided to me. The first interview was a screen call with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then a peer followed by a 60 min panel meeting.
