HR interview, then hiring manager meeting, case study report, presentation of case study, VP interview. After all that work to do the case study, present, and multiple interviews, it was implied that the VP interview was a formality, but after the VP decided to "restructure" the department, I should check back in a month. I kept checking back, kept getting brushed off for 2 months, then saw the same position listed again on the job board. Never recieved any confirmation I was rejected only months of "check back later."
