Met with the hiring manager, the director of programming, another director, and several programming employees. We discussed my resume and experience; it was a mix of questions about my qualifications and some behavioral questions, and I was given plenty of chances to ask about the position. It ended with a 1-hour skills assessment with 3 programming tasks.

Initial conversation with business manager, followed by a conversation with HR representative a week later. Both were very friendly and gave compelling expositions of the company's scope of work and culture. I believe the company was undergoing restructuring and determining what level of experience they needed in the role.
