Initial conversation with business manager, followed by a conversation with HR representative a week later.
Both were very friendly and gave compelling expositions of the company's scope of work and culture. I believe the company was undergoing restructuring and determining what level of experience they needed in the role.

Why are you interested in working in drug development?
Met with the hiring manager, the director of programming, another director, and several programming employees. We discussed my resume and experience; it was a mix of questions about my qualifications and some behavioral questions, and I was given plenty of chances to ask about the position. It ended with a 1-hour skills assessment with 3 programming tasks.
