phone call screening, followed by Hr skype interview, then another skype interview with the technical manager, Both interviews were somehow the same questions asking about my background, and what i am expecting, and what i will add to the company

tell me more about yourself and basic interview questions, felt more like a chat than an interview, was not so professional the way they dealt with the interview.

Sehr gut. Die Gespräche waren sehr angenehm und es wurde direkt drauf geachtet das der Bewerber sich wohlfühlt und nicht direkt mit Fragen beschossen. Es war eine sehr gute Atmosphäre trotz eines Gespräch via Digital.

Interviewed with the Recruiter, was pleasant and sent my info to the hiring manager. I was declined and then contacted some days later. I havn't had the interview with the hiring manager yet.
