Easy. Only two rounds. One with Immediate manager and second with sales head. Asked to describe yourself and your previous experience. Dont be surprised when you go for the interview, there will be at least 15-20 other people there. There is no shortlisting criteria for the interview. If you know there is an interview you can be there with your resume (which i feel is ridiculous). They dont care if your fit for the role/job. They want to hire anyone who they think has a good personality (If your reading this, please dont bother going for the interview, this job is not going to help you)
