Applied via some job portal and person called to request to schedule an interview. Virtual interview with one interviewer. Interviewer was polite and explained to me what the company does generally.

- 10-minute call by HR (phone screening asking the typical questions e.g. why you want to leave, what's your expected salary)
- 30-minute call with hiring managers (asking about your background, your past experiences, and some behavioral questions)
- Caliper Psychometric Test
- 45-minute call with a Technical Lead (a technical discussion that covers some system design and situation-based questions)

I was informed about this opportunity by a recruiter on LinkedIn. The first interview was scheduled with the Development Manager. I was informed that the interview went well and so a second interview was scheduled with the Development Director. He told me that they would be sending a psychometric test which would be followed by another interview with Director from US if this round of interview went successful. Unfortunately, after 2 weeks I was informed that I did not have the required experience with the technology stack (Node.js, React and MongoDB) for the role.

What major issue(s) did you face at your previous company? There were no technical questions asked in the first 2 rounds of interview
Hiring manager calls you to find out your tech stack, does not even check resume. Waste of both parties time. Doesnt seem like a very good company who probably does not care about their employees
