They spent a lot of time focusing on appearance. They never mentioned age but I could tell it was an issue. What a shallow organisation. They hinted at the role being too junior and would look at more senior roles..
..of which there were none. I was told at the end of the interview that I should think about wearing darker coloured lipstick!!
Similar to other corporate companies, we ask prospective employees to be in professional smart attire. This was a recruitment day, where there were about 20 of us invited along.
We were split up into groups and went into seperate rooms. Then different account managers came in and interviewed us as a group. The interview was quite informal, not intimidating at all! It seemed like they were trying to get a feel of which sites you would be best suited to.

Applied by email then received a phone call booking me into an interview at head office. I met with the recruitment consultant and then the head of department. Was formal but 1 on 1. I had to go in corporate attire.
