The recruiter challenged my fit for the position and, as we clarify the points, I was moved to the next stage. The recruiter was super clear and straightforward, which I liked and appreciated. Then I was scheduled to talk with the hiring manager. We had a great conversation and talked a lot about gaming and growth strategies. We had to speed up the process since one of the managers would travel soon, which was not a problem for me. Few days later I was at the office for onsite interview.
