Starts with an introductory talk with a manager to see if you are someone they're looking for. Then a technical talk is arranged and at last a talk with HR which is a formality. A bit lengthy process.

Basically they are really unprofessional and it was terrible experience just a waste of time. Initially they sent alva labs personality and logic test including 140 questions. There was no hr, recruiter or someone which you can ask the questions in your mind related to work your expectations and what they are looking for. The team lead was super unresponsive. Anyways after successfully completing the test they invited to chat with team leads and the team lead who was sending cold mails being unresponsive was there too. When we were introducing ourselves it was the most awkward introduction i have ever seen: He just said "I am team lead of mobile team have 6 years of experience, do you have any questions" No mf I don't and I got really pissed off by his character he was like a robot. Then they invited me to in depth technical interview. Which I also successfully completed but other team lead in this one didn't even check the resume. After that finally we got HR I was thinking that it is going to offer stage etc. But she hasn't even read single line of my resume and she started asking behavioural questions which made me "OMG" these guys are worse than dormitory startups. And even though I was considering relocation I said I am not considering any relocation and asked for impossible salary that they can pay to soft reject. So advice for devs/engineers: Don't waste your time with these people, this is my first post in glassdoor in 6 years of career and after numerous of interviews. These type of companies/branches are just going to take your energy even if you get job the signals are so obvious based on how they treat people and you are not going to be satisfied.

The Whiteboard section was great. I got to meet their global engineering VP, and the session was great too. I didn't hear back from them though. But months later, I figured that was an error from the HR.
