Not bad, mock cold call and they ask you on a panel with other candidates why you deserve the job (more than they do). It's not the worst thing , helps you understand how awkward working there is.

Very straight forward process, got reached out within a couple days of applying to schedule a screening interview and from there had the initial interview which is just a zoom call
