I first applied online through Oracle's website (via Dice) and a few days later I got an screening interview with HR. I am currently in the hiring process and I have yet to receive a 2nd interview.
3 rounds of interview, the postion requires DC background and experiences to quick start the job since they have a new big site. The questions are more about behavial and the interviewers are friendly.
