I had a phone call with the HR recruiter (15 min). After 2 weeks I had to remind them about my application. Then I received a call from a manager (30-40 min). General question about Oracle, and my background, why I applied, what is a database, a server etc. Afterward, they invited me to Malaga to provide a general presentation on Oracle Database and Oracle Hardware. A few days later the manager calls me to provide me with a verbal offer and ask me to accept it so he could start the internal process. It took 2 months to receive an offer letter after what they ask you to start asap. In the meantime you couldn't inform your current employer far enough in advance that you were going to leave the company.

I applied for a completely different role within Oracle sales and while being interviewed we figured out that the position as Staff Sales Consultant in Amsterdam would be a way better fit for my skills. The interview process was fast, everyone very responsive and I felt all the time comfortable. After the phone interviews I was invited to Amsterdam. The last interview went also very good and now I am an Oracle employee in Amsterdam.
