Had to go through 3 rounds.
Baisc questions were asked. If you are ISTQB certfied, its easy.
First two were technical and last one was managerial.
All the rounds were easy - 3rd highest salary, severity vs priority, defect life cycle etc.

1.Interview is purely technical.
2. Every person should strong at basics and detail knowledge as per experience.
3. Person should be strong in the area in which employee is attending for.
4. Every employee should have enough skills on the basic technologies like java, Oracle, sql etc.
