The interviews were too short for tech rounds(30-45mins each) with absolutely no help from the interviewers. I was asked not to speak at all throughout and the interviewer pushed me to write code faster because he was running out of time. They were looking to mass recruit and didn't care about interviews going off track because they could always hire the next guy(Shortlisted ~90 and Selected ~30). Absolutely unprofessional.

Colloquio
1. Recruiter screening 2. Technical interview (1 hour) 3. Loop interview (said to be 5 hours long)
I withdrew my appointment after 1. Recruiter was late by 15 min to my phone interview. Gave me bunch of files about interview process but none of them are for my next technical interview which didn’t help me much.
Then, the coordinator to schedule the technical interview was so bad. The instruction told me to specify the availability from 10 am to 5 pm PDT but it also said they are available from 6 am to 3 pm IST so I asked for 5:30 pm PDT start, which is 6 am IST. The coordinator came back asking for 6 pm PDT start saying this is already noted in the instruction. (But it actually mentioned they are available from 6 am IST which is 5:30 pm PDT)
I asked the recruiter about the technical interview and she said she doesn’t know what it is about. And she mentioned coordinator will provide, but all I had from the coordinator were some generic instructions that was given to me before. Recruiter was very arrogant and very one way communication there was just so many red flags.
Buena la verdad es que la entrevista fue muy agradeble y te explican bien todo el proceso. Eso si sus procesos son extremadamente tardados, si lo que buscas es entrar pronto entonces busca en otro lugar.

There were 4 rounds in which three of them were technical and one was HR round. Mostly asking questions from previous experience like daily routine and the tools we used to work on , also the tools we used to do analysis of the issues.
