Pretty straight up interview process starting with a recruiter then a hiring manager took over the process. Heard back in two dats after the interview that I got the job. Whole process took two weeks from interview to hire.

What are some of the factors that drive you to succeed?
First phone interview with the HR. She agreed I was a good fit for the position and she wanted to move forward with the interview process. I then got ghosted. I think it's always good to follow up with the candidate.

Then you'll do a presentation and talk about OCI as well as your approach to sales, how to breakdown accounts and plan your week, etc.
