Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Oracle (Ciudad de Mexico) nel mese di nov 2021

Fueron 2 entrevistas con las reclutadoras me imagino que una junior y la otra senior, luego entrevista con el mánager del proyecto y 2 entrevistas técnicas finales con gente del proyecto (1 de la india y el otro de Filipinas), lamentablemente después de tanto tiempo invertido me hacen una propuesta salarial muchísimo menor al salario de la empresa en la cual laboro actualmente, lo cual me parece absurdo y una falta de respeto, ya que desde un inicio les hice saber mis pretensiones económicas, no se si pensaban que al final les iba a decir: "Si, está bien, me voy con ustedes por un 40% menos de lo que gano actualmente solamente por ser Oracle". Una rotunda decepción.

Consisted of 3 Rounds
1.) Online Test
2.) Telephonic (2 Interviewer)
3.) F2F (2 Interviewer)
All interviews went very well, but after the 3rd round i did not hear back from HR.
no mails were answered about the status of interview
multiple hr's were involved, none responded.
So I called the HR who had scheduled my last interview and asked for an update and this was the answer i got "I dont recall you gave interview here !!!!!!! , let me check and get back to you !! )
Overall interview exp was good, but from the HR side they should at least have the professionalism to tell to a candidate if they are selected or not (at least not "I dont recall you gave interview here !!)
