(Please do not ask me to write atleast 30 words on Hiring and Interview process, because it was easy as hell) No aptitude, no behavioral round, just the skill set, this shows they don't want people with other soft skills. Next time hire a god damn donkey.

The interviewer invited me to their canteen for lunch, and then started the interview. This was a role that needed to do some security analysis on hardware, and the interview questions were related to detailed work processes that require some experience, not suitable for those who are just newly graduated, like me. Perhaps they had expected candidates with more experience.
