first interview is only data gathering. Asking about your education, location and they will ask you to rate your C++ skill 1-10. They will also tell you about the expected salary. then they will email you if you qualify for a technical interview

Colloquio
4 level interview, 1st level - QA testing , 2nd- Advanced Coding, 3rd- Manager Interview. 4th - Senior Manager interview. There wouldn't be any HR round everything is taken care manager.
The whole process is smoth and good. HR helped to arranged meeting conferences as the first two rounds interview with the hiring manager and other senoir engineers, and than meet in person as the final round. Good commitcation and experience for the inerview.
