The hiring manager contacted me on LinkedIn. I interviewed for the Hyderabad location. They took 1 screening round and 5 loop rounds. The interview process was very straightforward. After all interview rounds real game started by the Hiring manager . They took my interview for IC4 position, He said, your feedback is positive but the interview panel suggested for IC3 position instead of IC4. He asked me will you be able to join IC3 position. I said yes. He said he will get back in one week. I again contacted him after 1 week then he said we don't want you should feel that you have been recruited for a lower position so we are finding a position for you. I had interviewed on 9th May 2022. For 2 months, I am waiting for a reply. I had contacted to recruiter he said in 1 week he will get back but his 1 week never came. For any position, the candidate is either selected or not. Why do you play this unprofessional position game when you don't want to select and waste the time.
