Applied online. Got an email from the recruiter weeks later scheduling our preliminary interview. As soon as we met, her first comment was that I was overqualified for the position, as it was advertised to seem a lot more than it actually was. I made it onto the line manager and line manager's manager interview - which I assumed was the final step. However, about 30 minutes after we concluded our interview (the 3rd for this role), I saw the position reposted on LinkedIn. I immediately knew that I was not selected.

There were 4 rounds of interview - started with HR and the hiring manger. And for Spanish language proficiency - one written and one oral round were also there. And final round with the management.
