2. Behavioral interviews with senior managers, directors, senior directors. I believe it was 5 people, split in two days. Focus on experience, results, way you think and learn.

8 rounds long most people were nice but some were pretty rude and didn't want to be there. Took way too long and time committment but I guess that meant I was in the final round but still was a huge investment of time.
The interview process consists of 5 rounds with cross-functional peers, each focusing on specific aspects of the role. Candidates will answer questions using the STAR format, describing Situation, Task, Action, and Result, to showcase their experiences and skills.
