First, I had a quick phone interview with just a few questions about my resume and my interest in working at the company. Then I received an email asking to provide available dates for 3 interviews from different teams. The interview questions where really easy and they only one team asked me to speak in English for about 10 minutes, the others just asked if I was able to explain my solutions in English, but they didn't asked me to do it. After that, I waited for a week to receive the offer and waited 3 months to start working here.

Initial recruiter call is about 30 minutes and walks you through the entire interview process. Received the link to schedule the next round interview after one week.
Technical interview wasn't difficult, pretty standard coding challenge.
Got ghosted after interview.

Colloquio
Fueron 4 entrevistas, dos de ellas fueron técnicas y las demás con RH. Bastante sencilla la entrevista con problemas de algoritmos fáciles de manipulación de Strings, Listas, POO, preguntas de bases de datos como Joins, una fue en Python y la otra forzosamente en Java. Todas tuvieron una parte para poner a prueba el inglés, 1 semana después de la última entrevista recibí mi oferta.

5 entrevistas entre inglés y español, preguntas técnicas y generales. Evalúan conocimiento y también SoftSkills. Hay rondas en donde entrevsistas con varios equipos dependiendo de tus habilidades, al final te lanza oferta un equipo o varios, o no te mandan oferta dependiendo de tu desempeño.
