The BDC role has a number of Group and individual interviews. The group interview is called Super Day where you meet other BDC's applying for the same role and would likely be in the same cohort (in different cities) if you get the offer and accept it.

Very casual. The whole process took about 4 hours of your time and you basically already had the job, you just interviewed with managers that wanted you on their team. If you get lucky, and tell people you want to make money, you work in the hardware sales as opposed to software. I worked software.

I met a recruiter at a campus event and was given a code to apply and be sent straight to the interview round. I interviewed at their office in Santa Monica about 3 weeks later (February 2020) and never heard back.
