Full day group superday with team exercises and executive interview. 5 different team and individual exercises and a first round before that. Fairly straight forward but seems like it would be hard to judge the team exercises

Parece que a Oracle por mais que ela seja uma empresa multinacional, eles não tem um processo definido e organizado de processos seletivos.
Fiz a entrevista com RH, gestor da vaga e depois com o tech lead, me falaram que entrariam em contato comigo nos próximos dias, e no final demorou 5 meses para receber um não, foi bem frustrante, pois acreditava que tinha conseguido já que tinha todos os requisitos técnicos exigidos da vaga.

I had three total interviews - first two were all behavioral questions and very chill, The last one was a 20min mock demo of a system you know well. They want you to show them your value selling abilities.
the interviewer didn't stick to the planned agenda shared by their recruiter and opted for her own interview experience, which is actually a fun way to learn something new! Issue is it turned into a weird ego trip where she opened a website while I'm there to test my IQ/EQ levels without preparation or prior consent! weird, left at one point and lost interest in the role!
