Applied via website. Got a response back from an internal recruiter to discuss specifics. About two weeks later to set up interview appointment with hiring manager, then met with VP a couple weeks later. Was told they were interested in making an offer and it came about a week later. I countered for $10K more in salary and they countered with $5K more. Wanted lots of info on background, checked references, asked for lots of previous W2s.

Multiple round very professional. I found the team cooperative and the recruiters were direct and easy to work with. The role offered was the wrong levelling for me. Went forward to different role.

The interview process was a bit more than expected but overall, I can understand as the company is global and the right candidate is important when the organization has a global footprint.

First interview with recruiter was more informational. The second was with the sales management team and that was a little more formal. Expect "name a time when" questions. They focus a lot on quota and negotiation skills.
